The room here was really comfortable, especially the bed, which felt amazing! It also had nice features like a laptop-compatible safe, central heating, and an iron with an ironing board. Had a pleasant stay here. Beautiful double room was big size. The best thing was how helpful the staff were. The service was nice in my opinion. Furthermore, Wi Fi was a pleasant addition. Location: the hotel was adjacent to a beautiful hike overlooking the town, which was all self made and a mountain with amazing views over the Kaukasus👌

The remote location of this guest house gives guests a chance to experience authentic village life. the rooms are new and clean, with comfortable beds and lovely pine wood construction. the family offers exceptional hospitality and delicious homemade meals. They also provide transportation , making it easy to reach nearby hiking trails and attractions. Plus, the stunning natural surroundings offer breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere.
Despite the warm welcome from the family, the lack of enthusiasm and communication from one of the hosts leaves something to be desired.

During my Christmas stay, the food was exceptional and the host was very helpful in suggesting hiking spots and programs. the homemade Georgian food was a definite highlight. Another great advantage was the stunning view and beautiful garden. the host was very quick to respond to inquiries through messaging platforms.
The location was quite remote, so it was difficult to find and the hiking trails were not accessible on foot, requiring the use of a car which could take time for some guests. the lack of enthusiasm from the host, in general, was less than ideal.

I recently had the most amazing stay at a hotel in Svanetia. The prices were great and it offered excellent value for money. The hotel is located in a really nice village, surrounded by pure nature and with a stunning view of the mountains. It's a very remote place, which adds to its charm. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were equipped with a portable heater, ensuring a cozy and comfortable night's sleep. And let me tell you about the breakfast! It was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
All was perfect!

The hotel location was perfect for hiking lovers, with plenty of paths available nearby. The staff was always willing to drive us to our destinations, which made things easier. The food was very tasty and generous, with a good price-value relationship. The communal space was cozy and ideal for spending rainy days, with room for reading alone or engaging in conversation with other guests. The helpful and polite staff made us feel at home.
The cleanliness in the shared bathrooms could be improved, and having some cleaning supplies available for guests to use would be helpful. The beds were a bit too soft for our liking, but that's a matter of personal preference.

The decoration of the hotel was charming and had a cozy, home-like feel. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people with no steep stairs or long walks to navigate.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in terms of giving recommendations and information specifically catered to senior people. It would have been nice if they had taken the initiative to provide suggestions for activities or sights that are suitable for older guests.

We had an amazing stay in this small village hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful and speaks great English. They provided us with delicious home-cooked meals, and the views from the terrace are breathtaking. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the rural atmosphere with quick access to a nearby trekking spot. The hotel is very clean, and the transportation is easy to arrange.
Almost perfect.
